E&P Portal is an advanced information platform for E&P company. E&P Portal regulates input, classification, processing, conversion, storage and circulation of geological and production data powered by best practice workflows focused on achieving potential and closing performance gaps.
E&P Portal is set up as a combination of standalone standard modules which integrates work of geology and production departments making available data to everyone that has a need.
E&P Portal is implemented as a web page, which is the interface to a professional database hosted by the client company or by our secured cloud.
Geology and Production
This module provides fit for purpose E&P database with associated workflows to handle E&P data flow and perform analysis required.
Includes: Well measures trends and tables (Ps, qs, fluid levels, wcuts, etc), well XY, deviation surveys, petrophysics, perforations, fracs, Pres, well tests, Lab, PVT, well files, wells bottomhole tags, bubble map)
This module turns E&P Portal to "live mode" enabling daily & monthly production calculation based on continues data input, processing and reporting.
Includes: Wells measures input, wells uptime/downtime tracking, wells daily & monthly production calculation, allocation and reports; daily company production calculation and reports.
This module provides fit for purpose surface facilities database with associated workflows to handle surface facilities data flow and perform analysis required.
Includes: 2 hour treatment facilities operations tracking; production calculation by facilities; oil sales by trucks; separators, vessels, tanks operations tracking.
This module connects E&P Portal with any SCADA system in place to benefit from online data gathering.
Downhole Equipment and Artificial Lift
This module provides fit for purpose downhole equipment database with associated workflows to handle downhole equipment data flow and perform analysis required.
Includes: Downhole well equipment tracking (tubing, pakers etc), Artificial lift equipment tracking (ESP, PCP, Rod Pumps), AL failure tracking, MTBF calculation and reports.
This module provides fit for purpose drilling database with associated workflows to handle drilling data flow and perform analysis required.
Includes: Wells design, well head equipment, drilling tracking and daily reports, drilling schedule.
This module provides fit for purpose workover database with associated workflows to handle workover data flow and perform analysis required.
Includes: Workover history, workover tracking and daily reports, workover schedule.
This module is special add-on which utilizes the power of E&P Portal database to provide "know how" engineering workflows for actual decision making. It based on advanced well and reservoir performance tracking tools.
Includes: Enhancement List Workflow, Reservoir Management, Mature Waterflood Analysis Workflow, Production Forecasting Workflow, Production Monitoring Workflow, Watercut Management Workflow, Welltest Management Workflow, Alarms, Statistics, KPIs.
The subscription will provide client company engineering staff a single database environment for the efficient day-to-day work on data gathering and anaysis, fields and wells performance reviews, reservoirs studies, mature water flood analysis and more.

This project grew out of our personal analysis and database system that we had developed during our production enhancement projects on the fields in Western and Eastern Siberia since 2011.
Initially E&P Portal was conceived as a "tool created by engineers for engineers", but in the process of implementing portal covered all aspects of business processes from geology and production to paperwork, finance and legal, becoming a single information platform for the E&P company.
Currently E&P Portal is successfully implemented and running by the RUSPETRO PLC and Irkutsk Oil Company.
